Today i found this awesome forum, you go on and there pictures of artists posted that you can caricaturise, and after youve done that you post a pic of yourself and someone else draws you, neat idea isnt it? :D

Mikey Teutul

Felt like drawing Mikey from Orange County Choppers after watching scrapheap challenge :P for some reason, it was alot of fun but also kinda hard, the resemblance isnt fully there but i think its still ok.

Bill Murray

Bill Murray. Started off as a caricature, but is it? I dont even know haha, its a slight one. But anyway its a nice sketch i think so im posting it. I started off by using my beloved Faber Castell finepen to do a cross hatching kind of exploratory sketch of his face, to find where to exaggerate etc. You can see this below.

Also one last thing Im thinking of painting it, which i might do later and maybe record it with camtasia so look out for that, all digital of course.

Alan Carr icature

Here is my first GOOD caricature, a few days ago i saw joe bluhm's youtube video of him painting a caricature of Tom Cruise and ive been trying to figure out how to do caricatures since :P this is the first passable one, theres always something wrong with the rest of em.

BEHOLD

This is based on nothing specific or anything im aware of it just sort of came out :S My hope was as i went on I would think of some sort on concept of what it was but that didnt happen so maybe one of you has an idea?

BEHOLD! Done in photoshop CS3. no ref, origanl ink sketch was painted over.
